As for whether or not PHOENIX will be successful (it's essentially a coin flip, in my view), we can be cautiously optimistic based on previous data (CENTAUR) while bearing in mind the difficulty involved with improving outcomes in a terrible condition like ALS. Because Amylyx trades at an enterprise value just short of $1 billion, the market seems overly pessimistic about its prospects. Hence, I still believe Amylyx is worth the speculation, even as its stock rebounds.

As for my expectations heading into the PHOENIX reveal, I think positive data could boost the stock by 200%. This would imply a market capitalization near $3 billion, which is just three-times Relyvrio's peak annual sales estimates of $1 billion. On the flip side, negative data could send its stock down by at least 50% and introduce doubts regarding the drug's continued marketability in the US and abroad.
