Each ADS (IMRN on Nasdaq) represents 40 IMC shares. Yesterday, over 20 million IMRN shares were traded on Nasdaq, which is equivalent to 80 million IMC shares on the ASX. This is a significant number, especially considering that the average daily volume on Nasdaq is merely 300k. The ASX's response to last night's Nasdaq action is perceived as pathetic. Today, we have only traded approximately 1.5 million IMC shares so far.
