Yes, my recollection is that notice of actual inspection can be short, probably so they can see the facility in normal use without the management having time to conceal defects or amend logs.
Whytee- I put the others on ignore, but left you here for my amusement. Do you think the FDA will find where the bodies are buried? Is that why you have grave doubts? You do understand that Lonza is not part of Mesoblast? Not sure which company you are defaming here? Lonza or Mesoblast?
