Mate, I am not an expert as well and we all are learning as we go. That was my understanding bu you may be right that the application is now officially "accepted for review" which means we are probably at between step 2 and step 3. An approval may be than a couple of months away but that doesn't bother me at all.

Mate, I am not a day trader rather a short term investor. I buy stock to hold it for short term (1-6 months), even if required hold it long term. So I am happy to hold for a couple of months more to get my desired level.
