not really misleading, they do expect it to be clearance in August said in the announcement , but the Friday announcement was just an update that there was some queries in regards of the MebSleep FDA application. In which FDA needed some additional information from Medibio, IMO that the FDA is already in the progress just that it is waiting for its final review and clearance. Also due to the fact that covid-19 had also impacted on the responses from FDA.
