You know it's not an obligation on the FDA to keep the ASX informed? It's an obligation of MEB. And plenty of information gets announced to the public on public websites that isn't announced by the company to the ASX first. In this case however i would expect the FDA to inform MEB prior to then announcing it on their monthly list. So MEB will have the opportunity to inform the ASX first in this instance.
