    I reckon it's a few major shareholders just constantly selling and buying back at the same price, they don't want the SP to increase just yet which is my wild guess of course. This can be seen everytime in the past month when the price naturally rises to either 0.0125/0.013 and 3 minutes later it's back to 0.012. Weird indeed.
