Hi everyone.
I have been trying to find info on the apparent 122m share overhang that has been referred to here. Someone said it related to the insto and retail offer in December 2023 at 30c. I can see the relevant ASX notices but just can't find anything on the 122m overhang. Can someone please help me out.
If it relates to only the ASX listed shares it certainly does explain the arbitrage between ASX and US markets although SP action today suggests this is closing fast.
