As much as I would like to agree with you. The announcement is clear. The FDA did not say any such thing. it is just INTERPRETATION. Honestly, I am disappointed. Why, would they do something so stupid at a time when they are fighting a lawsuit? Timing for the shares and the announcement, its just SAD. @Pledge I see your point
