"what makes you think Zameens market cap is so high?"
I havent done the calc myself, but it has been said a number of times (I think by Shaun too in his slides), that if you calc a simple NPV over the Zameen business only with reasonable assumptions, and ignore the other businesses, then FDV should be worth more than 70c-$1
