Well that was my point around the Zameen valuation based on the previous internal funding rounds. It's meaningless as there are 2 shareholders that both top up to maintain their % so they could value it at whatever they wanted to. I'm planning on being a long term holder of FDV but any valuation based on NPV is purely speculative for the majority of their assets.
