A Nasdaq listing should have happened last year during the SPAC frenzy. Now it's pie in the sky.
Mangement is diluting shareholders in order to avoid another CR.
I suspect profitability is not just around the corner anymore...

I am losing faith in FDV and so has Nathan Bell from Intelligent Investors. He has not taken advantage of the SP weakness in his portfolios (INES/IIGF/INIF). I am starting to realise that FDV management main talent is marketing.
