This is the first time I have heard this criticism.

"Mangement is diluting shareholders in order to avoid another CR."

To be honest. I prefer that local management take equity rather than be paid by my CR cash.

"I am starting to realise that FDV management main talent is marketing."

A bit harsh. Are you suggesting their consistent growth in revenue and cash flow breakeven are not achievements? I am a little concerned that profitability breakeven may be another year further down the track, but I wouldnt blame FDV management for current macro conditions.
