This is the first time I have heard this criticism.

To be honest. I prefer that local management take equity rather than be paid by my CR cash.

A bit harsh. Are you suggesting their consistent growth in revenue and cash flow breakeven are not achievements? I am a little concerned that profitability breakeven may be another year further down the track, but I wouldnt blame FDV management for current macro conditions.
