As mentioned in the FDV presentation there is a couple of catalysts:
- Spin-off/sale of the Latam businesses (now with 100% ownership of Encuentra) which could list on the Nasdaq
- FDV entering the S&P 300 thanks to its bigger market cap and increased liquidity.
But the business breaking even and finally making profits will also get the wider attention of the market.
