Your frustration and amazement is no surprise Fudgy. I was closely involved in development of tablet detergents. The cleaning formulations were allwell known. Just to develop a performance form in tablet took years, then to sell the idea to multinationals was another endurance test. -Especially financially.
Needless to say, today I understanding of the changing circumstances and time horizons. ADO team excel in my eyes.
