Need to say why they are stretched out, whether they are dead in the tracks or continuing.
Project timelines, with technology, especially with new technology are prone to delays, especially with a technical team that's not equipped to deal with deftly navigating through the management of larger companies. They are prone to being pushed around a lot, especially at this post-incubation (say "germinating") stage of the technology.
ADO is a minnow, 23 staff, maybe 12-15 on the ground scientists/technicians (?). I do cut them a lot of slack cos I've worked in a company of that size trying to score goals, but I realise the market isn't as kind.
However, clumsiness in announcements aside, I think ADO is still moving along nicely; I don't share this "overnight success" point of view, although admittedly an "overnight" announcement could be imminent - I'm just not banking on it.
Having said that, I think progress is acceptable, even if a tad slow for my liking.
