Like it or not, the reason for the delays is from the tender submissions from the various mining contractors were delayed (which was announced), when they were eventually submitted, the consultant compiling the studies GR Engineering have to then analysis/input/run through the models which the time for them to complete this exercise doesn't change.
It's not like the FS is holding them up from progressing the development or doing any work on the field.
It is clearly defined in the anns what they were doing on the Mar qtr, work has not stopped
