I think so, we never needed AME's resource. It was just a nice to have.

Based on the throughput capacity of our plant, our open pittable resource will keep us busy for at least 6-8 years.

We have also undertaken an additional 5,000m of extension resource definition and exploration drilling in the Shillington, Ridge, McIntyre and Shillington Gap areas which hasn't been included in the current resource.

The AME tenement is really good. There are alot of historic open put satellite deposits within the tenements and there is definitely more ore reserves extended those pits. That is the one advantage with brownfield exploration campaigns.

Not sure what MDI were trying to pull off investing in AME because we lost about $550K on that play. But it is all good, we may do a all cash takeover of them in a few years time when they are become stranded with no path forward. Can buy them at $75-80/resource ounce.

IMO, currently I think AME fairly valued for what they have now. They don't have large enough reserves to warrant a decent stand alone plant. Looks like Toll Milling is out of the question now. Their path forward is purely based on the hope of growing their resource to sell. What they are currently defining now isn't a ground breaking discovery. It'd be lucky to be a 500Koz deposit at best. With no clear path to production and perhaps just the hopes that someone will pay a premium for their resource, I think they may have missed the boat here on being able to monetize their resource... The exuberance & sentiment in the sector isn't great at the moment. So i hope they don't plan on too much further drilling...Good luck to them...

We have Argonaut looking for acquisition deals so perhaps we may have stitched something up, who knows.

The FS is going to be positive! The biggest hint is the 16,000m of sterilisation drilling we have undertaken for the new and expanded waste dumps, and a tailings expansion. It's the early ground works leading to a restart of operations.

It's going to be a contract mining operation so the successful contractor will be able to hit the ground running once we secure financing/funding for the restart. The Establishment works & prestrip etc will likely commence concurrently with the processing plant, infrastructure and camp refurbishment.
