Whilst I agree with you that broadly the market knew that GLN was in the process of progressing studies and exploration (that, in general, is GLN's business goal), the specifics of this progression was not known until today's announcement. Some key pertinent details that the market was not yet aware of are, and in my opinion sensitve information (to the best of my knowledge):

• Engagement of WSP to undertake the Feasibility Study (my question is, will it be to a bankable standard?).
• Production well design commenced.
• Further drilling at HMW to increase resource estimate to reserves.
• Upgrade from 20,000 tpa to a 25,000 tpa operation.
• 2-stage production being assessed (I like this as it may very well bring down CAPEX a substantial amount).
• Ad-Infinitum engaged to design the pilot plant, including pond design.
• The above studies are well advanced (giving sensitve information relating to the release of the Feasibility Study).
• Additional Greenbushes JV tenement granted.

Things seem to be really moving based on this announcement. Juan Pablo is on the ground also pushing things along - what a boss!
