Would'nt seem fair to single out CDV on a day like today that even the market darlings (NST, EVN, GOR, RED ...) are down 3 - 10%.
CDV is going thru a period of uncertainty until funding is secured, in addition I think we have all underestimated the effect of the options overhang on the SP, but Instos are smarter than that and have periodically sold shares knowing they'll get those shares back at much lower prices thru their options conversion.
And as far as the Jurisdiction risks go, banks have backed African projects even at times of much bigger turmoil so I don't seriously think a Terrorist attack or two will change that.
