The share price absolutely impacts CDV's bargaining position and by extension how any potential suitor will act or price they will offer. I suggest that the price is close to the level where CDV cannot realistically do the broker rounds trying to drum up $125-150M in a placement. After the required discount to get a CR away we are into the 20's, if not before. On the upside, this makes a lower ball offer more attractive to CDV as reality sets in that their baby is not as attractive as the parents think. The low share price increases the chance of a suitor throwing in a value bid for sure
