So perhaps, in a perverse way, the falling SP is in the best interests of shareholders. It reduces the likelihood of equity-sourced mine development, while increasing the prospects of a JV/TO offer
On the other hand, any equity raise to fund CAPEX, should it occur, will be far more dilutive for shareholders. And if no JV/TO offer is forthcoming even at these very low prices, we literally have no recourse whatsoever
