Any mid tier to major gold will have been following CDV for years now.

There simply aren't that many Tier 1 undeveloped deposits around - let alone is a good jurisdiction.

So either a full take out, a JV ala Goldroad or (less likely) a 100% debt/gold funded deal.

But as someone else said, it does look like Archie wants out....

Still think at USD1500 gold, a valuation of circa USD200/oz - 250/oz of reserves is not unreasonable.
