In terms of adding in some inferred resources in. In 10 years time (end of mine life as modelled) the discount to get back to todays dollars is 0.4x (using an 8% discount rate). If youre producing 30kt or 66Mlb of Cu at say $1.50/lb margin that's $100m FCF b/tax per year.. 0.4x that is $40m added to the NPV pre-tax so you can see just how big that is given the NPV was $368m (after repaying capital) .. if you an add 9mt or 3 years additional production this could be worth $120m (or a bag on todays mcap) and so on...

With regards to US dollar number used - every figure quoted was in USD and this appears to be very intentional.

With regards to power - my guess is that they have put in grid power from day 1 - given the plant wont be energised until late 2020 I think this is ok (BPC stating connection along Hwy first quarter 2020).. all the construction equipment will be diesel fuel until connection. They quoted a cost of $2.48/t in power and also quoted a figure of 18kWh/t (which would work out to be $14c/kWh which sounds about right). They also stated a max draw of 11.5MW down from 14MW so being able to process a coarser grind size has clearly help reduce power requirements and operating costs.

The management team certainly kicking goals and it certainly looks like this isn't their first rodeo!

I was just looking at MOD's Share price between 2017-2018 and it was hovering between 50 - 60c. In the same period, Copper was averaging approx $2.80.

Since then MOD has effectively proven T3 as a producing mine, still has a huge region to explore and has hit some copper targets and copper is $2.86.

My brain is tiny and the share market is not my main squeeze (for this very reason), however, this does not make any sense to me.

Was MOD over valued back then or is it extremely under valued now?
