I actually like this announcement more than yesterdays. We knew or expected yesterdays, but this one shows growing faith in CETO and CWE by the defence department. I wonder how many other such defence site possibilities there are?

Surely this puts the REDP beyond doubt (touch wood). Surely a successful grant will begin to get priced into the SP now (I think it is only marginally priced in now).

And surely this might wake up the 22-23c seller to the fact that he/she is having a shocker.
