re: Ann: Feasibility Study for Department of ... Wow! That's a little bigger than I thought - had in mind 2-3 MW or so based on the population and station. I suspect that the diesel installation is sized so that several engines can be down at any given time for maintenance etc.

Wonder if fitting a Pelton turbine to the existing generators is being contemplated or whether they want additional new capacity. It could be very cost-effective if all existing generators, switchgear and reticulation could be retained.
