Just ran some numbers ... I’ve got the portfolio up 1.4% for the MTD vs the ASX200 Accum Index at 0.5%. With continued good performance, eventually sense will prevail and the gap will close or even trade at a premium (like it was before the market crash last year). Suggest just hold or accumulate (discount over 7% by my calcs).
