I'm not clued up about the legal requirements of companies, but I thought that (with relatively happy shareholders) they would take some time to coordinate some good news flow and avoid any conflict with the SPP. Like I say, I don't know - but that's how I would play it if I had some deals to close. Either way I'm not concerned and am just enjoying the feeling that I've got onto a winner, early.
