Agree Xerof As a young teen I was the go to person in my small rural town for the re-training of agitated barking dogs. (Seriously)..and my number one rule was never growl at the dog for barking because for a neglected bored dog even a growling at was at least some attention.That was the first strategy ...I do think it should also be applied to bored humans who go on and on repeating themselves even when devoid of facts ie ignore them and do not respond. (although I do appreciate and understand Dr J's response Thanks)
So let's try and retrain the culprit. IGNORE!
