Great call, there is absolutely no comparison to the other 2 legends we had to put up with in the past. Winters knowledge and commication style lends itself to giving a holder a feeling of calmness and control. He demonstrated great awareness of the issues / plans to resolve and it is clear they are looking out for realistic opportunities to grow the business both from within and from the nearby region (once the new ceo starts). Ian spoke exactly like you would want an accountant to speak.
They didnt mention dividends and did mention they had a short list of quality candidates for the MD role.
Best Ive felt about this mob for ages and the results should start flowing soon.
