Now INR are free to secure a new partner and have upgraded the resource, seems like a chance to bump up the entire project and processing capacity to take advantage of economies of scale by going bigger & better on a JV… For all the talk of RIO, I think they need to go for US partner so the Trump administration sees them as part and parcel of the big ol’ America First policy.
