I get the impression that WB is working hard to build a moat around WGX.... perhaps they had enquires from other parties, and WB does not want WGX taken over for peanuts. Though as you say, WGX is a turnaround story and it takes time to get traction on such a big change. I also don't discount them still having a tilt at GCY, which they would likely use some script... so the higher the better.
I like the final slide.... $200m+ in mining assets.
