    Mg 10,000+tpa offtake agreement with American company Metal Exchange Corporation.

    Japanese company AMJC MOU for 4000 tpa offtake of Mg upon further expansion.

    Japanese offering $10 million in upfront payment likely for 100,000tpa plant.
