I'm sick of spitting into the wind on here. The forum is just an echo chamber.

I'll write a hard copy letter to the board and clearly dot point grievances and concerns.

A hard copy letter must be entered into correspondence, that must be tabled at a board meeting.

All correspondence directed to the board gets a hearing and I will say it needs to be brought up in general business.

Will it have an impact? Well I'll put every effort into being clear, concise and hard hitting.

There are formalities and procedures that must be followed in accordance with company general meetings.
