According to the company, the proposed integrated pilot plant is about 85% covered (that is, ECT's contribution) with the Coldry rebate. Without a Matmor R&D rebate the company will probably have to resort to CRs (dilution) or ELF-type schemes to fully fund the India project - and we have no idea how much those costs will be going forward given we don't even know if Matmor, currently only at lab-scale, is scalable to pilot - in theory, yes, in practice, alot of unknowns. That's the dodgy bit.
