How have the Class Actions been going?
With the debit card surcharges and credit card surcharge being banned by Labor, the demise of TYR will see more class actions in coming months.
Who will be appointed Administrator?
I do not think the terminals are worth any thing and the tech is basic at best.
Their problem always was regulation. Labor was eventually going to get around to stopping the lack of regulation in payments down in Australia.
