Did you read the Final Staements by the Presiding Judge who dealt with the Submission by ASIC and the fact that the BoD's of Auz pleaded GUILTY AS CHARGED and in doing so Removed Benny Boy from his chair to continue otherwise the whole lot of them were going to face the Music that's why the BoD's threw him under the Bus, boy there are some who need to comprehend what really is being said especially when its coming from a Court Judge.
