Does anyone know the result of last Wednesday's Federal Court hearing torectify the "administrative error" caused by not lodging effective noticesregarding share issues with the ASX?
Until the “error” is resolved, APG's shares will remain suspended, which is surely a major concern to all shareholders..
I suppose it's too much to ask why the Company hasn't updated the market on the result of the hearing?!
