Ann: Federal Court Hearing Update, page-12

Adjourned yet again to 15 September for case management. At this pace the case might no even be finalised before the next AGM. Still, the AGM will probably be virtual again so that the board and management don't have to face shareholders or the mantra will probably be that they can't answer any questions while the court case isn't finished. After all, the ASX has accepted that excuse for the last 12 months and longer!

APG said in it's announcement to the market on 11 June 2021 regarding the ASX queries that "The Company intends to shortly provide ASX with a substantive response to the Queries..." (Austpac time of course).
