I too thought EGP underplayed the importance of this litigation, they made it sound like we were trying to pursue them for not receiving full payment, not the ACCC suing us with some serious allegations.
I personally think they'll appeal the decision (if they see significant penalty), string it out & in the interim sell Clark, declare a special dividend.
As I said an appeal would take at least a year to hear, then another year for a decision, then another year for a judgement.
