Hah yes Dan, I share your views regarding how one is viewed on the employment front. I see it in alot of places, including the supermarkets. They are obsessed with political correctness and fall headlong into the reverse racial, gender or perceived ability trap. Oh, you might be lucky enough to get around all that if you have a close relative in the industry you aspire to work in. It has certainly played apart in me going lone wolf style in trading.
