    In parallel to the above, WUC have commissioned their own technical report on the Sunday Complex by Anthony R. Adkins.

    I will repeat, why wouldn't the independent 'technical' report be similar in content to the technical report linked by slick? If two consultants, one 'independent'  and one engaged by WUC don't arrive at similar conclusions then that would be a cause for concern.
