I think the presentation alludes to a different report slick. The presentation states that Western States Mining Consultants undertook the interdependent report on Western’s assets (WSM Report). The one above is from Adkins, who may have done one on behalf of WUC for the NRC or others but not as part of the merger agreement.

You would certainly expect them to be similar however!
