CHM has to pay murchisons legal cost which is in millions and if they do appeal it will just increase the amount to pay for mmx legal cost and increases their legal cost. Grimaldi is doing an appeal so they have to fund their legal cost. would they able to recover anything from grimaldi, big ???????? Looking at Grimaldi's history its not that easy to recover amount from him even if chm wins the case against grimaldi.
They have a deal with CFE that any assett will be handed over to cfe before share holders.
Considering above facts CHM should have a negative price to book value for its share because they have 1.44 billion shares. so It is 100% premium price and a strong candidate to be suspended from asx. you know what to do if you still hold CHM?
