    This is such a great announcement. It speaks not only of the substance of the project (the resource, infrastructure, workforce) but also to its credibility (management).

    As the capex finance Ann. draws near, I can't help thinking that this announcement signals firm Govt. support for EQR's development, which should provide the Company with good financing options.
