The traffic tech is a pure business opportunity for the company to grab 20% of an advanced technology. They are obviously well connected through out the universities. More to come no doubt. You can see it being spun off down the track as its software customers stack on and the revenues build. I assume Govt's are their customers so getting paid wont be an issue.

The LIS battery could become a massive user of BNNT. You can imagine that if it becomes a core technology, then PPK will need to make very large amounts of the stuff to service the market across numerous segments. They have eluded to the fact that the business battery tech division will be built around doing JV's with existing battery manufactures. This will greatly speed up any revenue stream and get the battery to market much quicker. They maybe able to do a deal with someone like Eveready or Duracel. The phone battery market and tablet market is off the scale and they dont need a lot of that market to be capped in the billions. This tech is 5x better than a Tesla battery folks. Wait until the broader investor market works that out. Wait until Tesla work it out. If someone marched this tech into your office, then the real risk goes vertical if you allow them to walk out the door and go somewhere else instead. The competition may eat you alive. The advantages of a battery like this will take battery tech leaps forward and could leave companies behind grappling with old lithium ion batteries. A rough guild is that for Every $1 LIS rises, PPK should rise a tad over $3. Not bad for one spin off with many more lining up.
