Great, I don't get caught up in gap-ology but one thing POS likes to do is close them, any excuse for this one to step back again....
Anyway, as posters point out, nothing binding. But it's not like there is no mention of POS, even the government put is in, we only need a 20/30% stake - remember, we have all the concentrate, they need us more than we need them IMO.
