I just see 'coulds' in there in reference to how the deal will benefit POS.... but I don't see any real substance..... from a POS perspective having a trading halt for this just looks like a bit of a PR stunt to raise some market awareness (very similar to how ScoMo operates!).... as the gov funding deal is for PBT.
