PBH is relatively unknown, as far as I can tell they are just an office set up in 2017? Did someone say there was a German connection?
How have these guy's jagged 120M off the federal Government? What's the connection? Sure, right industry but I'm not naive to think connections don't get this stuff done. Its like they banged together a 25 pager power point, knocked on someone's door and walked out with 120M.
AVL has been talking up government funding for the last 5 years and PBT shows up out of the blue..
Anyone want to theorise? And this PBT/POS approach is exactly what QPM is doing isn't it? (or wants to do).
