Note sure why you'd just write off PBT on this - it was fair enough when we all wrote off the MOU but:

1. they have secured a 120M grant

2. they are building a 10kt pCAM plant in Germany (upgrade), they will have cash flow

3. it might not be suitable to Australian banks but Germany might finance this with some export credit arrange ment


I'd say chances are higher than NIL, I don't think it's 80/90% but a 20/30% chance at this stage is fair. If you're so negative, it's hard to fathom why you bother being invested in POS.
